Groundswell generates content on your behalf using large language models and public web research. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published under your name and for complying with the policies of any platform you publish to.
Paid plans renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time from the billing page; access continues through the end of the paid period. Article allowances reset on the first of each month and do not roll over.
We may suspend accounts used to generate spam, unlawful content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
We store your account email, a hashed password, the websites you connect, generated content, and encrypted CMS credentials. Credentials are encrypted at rest and only used to publish on your behalf.
Content generation requests are sent to Anthropic's API. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
Delete a site to remove its content, keywords and credentials. Contact us to delete your account entirely.
